Somatic Breathwork & Mediation Workshop 

Somatic breathwork and Mediation are an embodiment experience and a powerful rehabilitation modality which helps individuals release physical and emotional stress through guided breathwork and meditation.

Everyday, micro-stressors build up in our nervous system and these micro stressors manifests bad moods, non-resolved issues, and depression which silently takes a toll on our health.

Somatic Breathwork and Meditation gives us an opportunity to express, reflect and release .

Participants can expect to experience a powerful guided journey into their own psyche through deep, cyclical breathing which can evoke emotional releases and expressions. This training is for everyone supporting community in the field of recovery . It is a 15-hour training program which counts towards yoga for continuing education.

On our Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training has foundations in Hatha yoga, Yoga philosophy of detachment , Neuroscience, Trauma Theory, Breadth work and with the experience of internal experience of the participant.

Neurological disorders has unknowingly become a popular frame of reference for the present world we live in. Through focusing on the felt sense of the body to inform choice-making, somatic processing, integration, community, and human beings can shift their state to become one that is oriented more toward calmness, stability and cope.

Our Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training Program is an integrative interdisciplinary approach to the art of personal embodiment creating a safe compassionate environment that stems from a place of authenticity and a commitment to aspire towards the truth.
