is practiced in a non-heated room and links the postures practiced in a regular Hatha class into a sequence of movements that "flow" with the breath in a more vigorous series. Hatha Flow involves moving from one posture to another with little rest in between. A rejuvenating class with a calm flow.

Using the breath as their guide, yogis flow mindfully through postures that lead naturally from one to the next. Hatha Flow classes focus on correct physical alignment, movement, breathing, and mental focus.

Move through foundational yoga postures one at a time, breathe deeply, and practice being in the moment. Hatha classes promote balance, strength, flexibility, and stillness in the mind, and are suitable to all levels.

A Yin yoga practice creates space and ease with longer held floor postures that relax the muscles and target the deep connective tissues of the body. Likewise, Yin yoga is a grounding and meditative practice as well as a beautiful way to compliment an active Yang lifestyle. A practice designed to rejuvenate both the physical and emotional body. Transition to longer-held passive stretches supported by props to increase flexibility and to facilitate deeper introspection. Pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditations/visualizations are infused throughout the class.

Similar to regular Yin yoga, Hot Yin yoga practice includes fewer postures, which the yogi holds for three to five minutes or more in an effort to release deep tissues, fascia, ligaments, joints and bone. In addition to releasing deep tissue, Hot Yin yoga has these benefits:

• Calms and centers the mind
• Relieves stress and anxiety
• Increases circulation
• Balances the emotions
• Builds stamina
