This therapy relaxes the nervous system and reduces stress by directing a warm thin stream of medicated oil to flow over the forehead.
This therapy is for the lower back and spine by applying and retaining warm herbal oil on the lower back. Helps to reduce pain and numbness in lower back and lower limbs.
Application of warm medicated oil is over the neck region using a ring of herbal paste. Provides lubrication to cervical vertebrae and strengthens muscle, bones and nerves.

You can cancel your private training appointments with minimum 24-hours notice either by email or in person, no commitment.
Late cancellations fee. If you no-show or late cancel you will be charged*.
