Oh my heart I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am to have found such a beautiful studio that gives you a space to just be yourself and grow as you practice.  Renu truly leads with love as she leads us through flows that center the mind, body and spirit. I always leave feeling I received exactly what I needed. I have been going for about a month now and it has uplifted my state of mind and strengthened my physical self. I have 2 babies at home and this studio has become a healing place, for me to re-center myself and be the best mother I can be. I’m so grateful to have found a much-needed place of Zen for this chapter of my life. I signed up for the year because it’s the most financially sound way in my opinion to easily attend classes as I desire. If you’re looking for an authentic practice, I promise you this is it. I joined Holistic Bodyworx with the introductory Pass and should admit that I love their yoga and Pilate classes. It provides a serene sanctuary for practitioners of all levels. Holistic Bodyworx has become my go-to yoga studio! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calming and inviting. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, creating classes that cater to all skill levels. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, you'll feel welcome and supported.
I particularly appreciate the variety of class types, and the varying class times as it lets me fit my workouts in, even as a busy mom. My stress levels have significantly decreased since I started attending classes here. I love Holistic BodyWorx . I have always hated working out, but craved to find something active that I enjoy. Summer of 2023 I joined Holistic BodyWorx and found my love for Pilates. I look forward to every class I take. Since joining I have not only gotten into great shape, but I no longer experience back pain at work due to all of the core and back strengthening.
