Yoga Retreat

• Accommodations of your choice single or shared Rooms for 6 nights at our luxurious retreat centre and 1 night in the city of Split where we arrive on 19th September .

• Transportation from the Split city Port to the retreat center on 20th September Afternoon and from the retreat centre to the Split city port on 26th September on the last day of the retreat.

• 2 organic colourful meals per day ( Morning Brunch and Dinner ) and dietary preferences and Vegan diets will be accommodated.

• Fruits and snacks to carry for lunch picnics.

• Daily yoga, workshops and Group Excursions are included.

• Yoga mats and props will be provided, however, feel free to bring your own.

• Boat tours and wine and olive oil tastings included in Schedule.

FIRST PAYMENT - Payment of deposit based on the accommodations booked.
Upon executing this retreat agreement with Holistic Bodyworx, A non-refundable deposit is required to block the room for you at the resort.

SECOND PAYMENT
On July 2nd, 2026, the client will be required to pay 50% of the total remaining payment that is needed to book the retreat (as outlined in the above price list).

THIRD & FINAL PAYMENT
Is required on August 3rd, 2026 to cover the final balance for 100% payment for all reservations that are booked for the retreat.

All participants acknowledge that there will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations less than 2 months prior to the start of the retreat. Holistic Bodyworx would suffer serious hardship for any substantial changes or cancellations of their booking.

If you would like to change your room accommodations, you can do so freely up to 50-days prior to arrival of the retreat.

If you cancel your booking for the retreat prior to 120 days, we have 2 options available.

• You can get 50% of the deposit back if the cancellation happens 120 days prior to the retreat.

• You can leave the deposit with us and apply it to our next retreat.

There are no refunds for unused services. For example, if the group members leave early or are unable to come last minute, there will be no refunds.

Risks and responsibilities
Customers can purchase trip and health insurance on their own to cover unforeseen events that could mitigate any losses that can occur on the retreat or while travelling to Croatia.
